I was trialed, a set up, not exam-
Tossed off what I know, for sure.
My hands couldn’t write as planned-
I was scammed. So on God I hope on.

Incoming, upcoming, I noticed not,
Until I was found in the spot.
Bewilderment became my visitor-
Ultimately mercy noticed my weakness.

Exam in my nation
A tool for degradation
Limited explanation
With unlimited expectation

The sound of it gets my heart permutating
It weakens the grey scholars on arrival. 
I want to skip but thou bearest the key to the next level. You’re the necessary evil in my sojourn.

Oh! It is here again
So early in schedule yet so late in anticipation
Testing the mind on knowledge
A pen is Joyous at the journey of assessment

Worked while others are loafing
Prepared while others are playing
Remembered nothing while seated in the hall.

Wanting to read, starting to read
Reads continuously
Moves tenanciously to comprehend
Remember three quarter of them

Who’s it?
Oh, it’s exam again!
The sight of which make me tremble.
But then, I took courage because I can’t afford to crumble.
Take courage my child, said the teacher
This has come to stay but for a moment.
