THE GIANT PEN A TO Z OF POETRY
Another soul on a voyage is lost.
Boarded a bus to Bethlehem but
Cared less of what fate had in store
Driving the road with passion,
Earnestly searching for his lover,
Following the trail not seen and
Going astray with ease, with
Hearty intrepidity to love again.
Jungle justice over his beloved.
Kill it once, but it arose with force.
Lovers with no castle; Deceit!
Mourning the heart with lies,
Never giving up the dreams aloft,
Oppressed; he’s down but sails on.
Peace again even while astray,
Queries and questions on queue
Roaming in the wilderness; lost
Starving from love yet he persist
Trapped in the history of the past
Upon that which he wishes to redo.
Verily he must triumph over this.
Weary, yet he moves onward.
X-rayed; his heart is full of pains but
Yet to know what the road holds,
Zeal to continue is all he needs.
