Oh, Descry my cry
And my vaporous eyes
That flows like Mississippi.
I prethee, harken to my plea-
Make joy reign in my heart before dusk
For I have stolen sorrow of morrow.

Tears
Like a
Sad river
Flooding its banks
And wetting the cheeks
Of sand, sad grains and stones,
Oh, my heart breaks like a dam!
My lapping lacrimal glands rage
And tears of my river flows to the
Sea of depression, forming estuaries.
