THE FORGOTTEN BROTHER
Behold the rope of life!
A pet, a paradoxical wife
Abreast the care of rife
In the metonymy of strife.
A saving metaphor of life
Living fine even after life.
A weird forgotten brother
Who was cornered one corner
With euphemistic written banner
Placed on her witty verandah
To juxtapose man and manner
According to its natural persona.
A free true-blue plagiarist
Stealing even from columnist
And go scot free from the police
Of literature without a given hint.
Make way for a sarcastic priest
Who blesses minds at all means.
A trinity joined in one tree
Prose, drama and poe-tree.
God is a poet so we’ve agreed
That poetry will crest the apogee
Till all hear its tales and agree.
Happy poetry day, poe-tree.
I stand at bay watching-
Learning the language of my ink-
Learning how to handle my pen.
