I’M NOT A SCAPEGOAT (Tíme Shall Judge)
Then the dawn took a drift_
And heavens, released a seed_
You cried of joy_
With mouth ajar, praising Jah.
You called me blessed_
You called me a covenant_
A fortune, a treasure.
But as nature frowned_
With its host in question bar_
You begot another tongue_
And called me a curse.
You shown me the plight of Job
And cast me to the den of adversities.
You cursed yet, the day I first cried
And itched in mother, a stilt of ridicule.
Where has your gut gone_
Who has bewitched your inner eyes?
I am not a scapegoat_
For blessed is the day I knew the world
And also the day I understood its font.
Shall I shock you_
Shall I give you a tip of tomorrow?
The dusk of my perspiration
Doth speak well of fortune_
With the fame of solomon on a run.
I am not a scapegoat_
Tho today has its scars on me
With rigors and pains of Jabez.
Tho I’m smitten by your sword within
With friends speaking no good of me.
I shall arise like the morning sun
And spring forth like lily of the valley.
Believe me or not_
My later shall be greater than the past_
I will receive more than I asked.
Cos heavens approved my existence
And I am a carrier of His promises.
If you want the blessings of Abraham_
Never profane not the anointing of the Lord.
