THE BLEEDING PEN ANTHOLOGY 81 (HALF MOONLIGHT) OF PHASE ONE

THE BLEEDING PEN ANTHOLOGY 81 HALF MOONLIGHT
PHASE ONE

A Little ray at dawn
Fills the day with pipe dreams.
The half moonlight in its course_
Keeps body and soul in one accord.
In their tidings I merry and await_
For a little bread is better than puff puff.

Half moonlight’s here _
Again. With thought I cannot bear ,
Thou it cling my hear a bell
On that silent , it knells
Like the bell of a lustful knight _
At night ; thus you ding and bright .

I glance at the upper earth,
There, the half moon lights in dim.
Heads are in their hearth,
None wants to talk of today’s whim.
Half moon,
Why the half visitation?
Like this, you can’t turn us on.

Just like half of a yellow sun,
The birth of all African son.
The dawn that fell on them,
And the calamity that befell them.

The sky glistens as the recent crescent moon fluorescents its eye,
The rain bows as the rainbows dries the wet sky
But on earth lies we, as we grope for hope around the spheres.
The mist fades from our midst, yet the matter isn’t clear;
The mystery hammer tans under the whirlwinds of harmattan
While it prepares to strike the lunar god till it divides from pagan stand.

PAULBUSHMAN

Where were the wolves cry
When the full moon was divided.
The sun is unfair to her today,
And the night shows the moon’s shame.
Children tell tales of her incompetencies
Like capsized ships by just a breeze.

You rule the day by night
And dark be grayed by thy light
How doth this be that,
thou showest not your strength
Or are you what they say you are
the sun’s second part?

SAGE O’FIRE

How things change in a blink
From Sun’s heat to Night’s breeze
A sandwiched bread of watery butter
Looking pale like an empty folder
Shot in the heART by its close ally
Crucifixion of trust by its 5 and 6.

Thy dark is the night,
Which unfold the light;
The children are crave of thy light rays.
But side of thy is dark.
Crescent is thy shape,
Yellow is thy colour.

If that the world and love is young
And truth in every youths tongue,
Then the moon by night or day
Will shed its light without a seasonal impediment,
With its dazzling captivating bright light
For its worshippers to feel its blessed ray.

Tonight’s moon is lazy,
Half sleeping, half awake on duty.
Far into the sky, it lays
Grudgingly illuminating our pathways.
How devastated the night travellers must be,
When they found their guide asleep.

In anticipation of you my
Arms open itself, high
Though and far you are
But your blink brings out
The robot in me
You are a sight.

Moon,Moon, Smiling Moon,
Why have you shown half-face?
I wish to show a half of my smile.
Moon,Moon,Sparkling Moon,
Why can’t we see your full smile?
I want to give the other town the other.

A little walk amidst the shady day,
Faintly could i see the threading way,
Diming do my eyes see,
Dreaming off the path in june,
High mind in july,
Yet the path looks too high

Thou art a Visitor who hath come,
Come to disturb the beauty of night’s darkness,
One leg in earth, the other in the netherworld,
Mother Sun’s uniform is reddish yellow,
Who art thou who doth light white?
Imposter! Why art thou showing the world half of thy face,

Look!
Here she comes,
bulging her feline
sliced silver physique:
in the ocean of lonely skylines;
that proudly holds her shape
at still,in the dark celestial pouch.

Where is the light?
Did darkness requested a fight?
Why then did you shine dime,
What happened to part of you?
Mother earth is in misery because of you,
Why did you show your half body?
