A POEM TITLED IMAGINATION BY MOJISOLA JOSEPHINE

*IMAGINATION*

I have an imagination so wide.
Not having legs but running wild.
It gives me leverage I don’t seem to have.
Among my peers, I’ve got a nerve.
Some people’s imagination is so shallow.
That in self pity they like to wallow.
Don’t like to get our of their self inflicted misery.
And at everything, they have a glance so cursory.
They always think others so conceit,
With that, opportunities they forfeit.
If only they are not so pitiful,
Then, their sorry excuse for a life will be dutiful.
