THE BLEEDING PEN ANTHOLOGY 45
I HAVE A FUTURE
I will paste the day in my heart,
With its custodians, to sketch and start
The dream when my might is young to act.
A running nose to whiff malicious smiles,
Fish the strokes that wilt go mile
To truncate my dream in gentle cry.
Though i push the cart,
But now dreamt of living in a flat,
When Hungry belly lay flat,
I saw what no one see’s,
Another me adding to my elbow greece,
Hope on me my Spirit release.
Though today seem tough,
The challenges so rough,
But time will then proof,
Nothing to write home about today,
Like the Sun with it ray,
But will succeed with a trace.
What life has taught me,
O When remembered I be
Thankful & grateful within me.
An adventure to my peace, taller than mountains peak
The future I long to pick.
Rings of gold and tusks of elephants,
A set goal, I shall move like soldier ants.
To crest to peek, I serve as servant.
My path is glued to one.
To catch my dream on a unicorn horn.
The future is long, so with horn I run.
My bare foot trampled on stones,
My strong teeth feed on bones,
My mouth drones,
I have nothing but something
For my brain and hand do the talking
My future is secure, not scaring.
Toiling over the years,
No time to even relax,
But all will fade with trails and pass,
I have a future,
With gladness and pleasure not displeasure,
But will rejoice at last, I am very sure.
My family kiss poverty today,
And clothes in destitution today.
Sucking Nothing, but agony today.
Am grateful for these feature,
All because I have a future
A treasure land without measure.
