*Black is beauty not a colour*
Black-beauty naïve of nation,
Native of fallen heroes of René,
Africa, I will sing for you like “Fela kuti”,
Homeland of beautiful-black maidens
With white snow teeth like wool,
Am proud of my fatherland, “Africa”.

*Black is beauty not a colour*
Black is beautiful,
Natural not artificial beauty,
My land culture is bright
With traces of light among the popular stars grand,
I love africa, is my motherland.

*Black is beauty not a colour*
I can dance for Africa like “okoto”,
Africa the home of where heroes fight for discrimination,
Fight against human right and die with faithful mean.

Am proud to be a African sonnet in the future,
Black is beauty not a colour.
