*Glimpse of Angel*
Lovely backview that winked to my sight
Walking forth to reflect on the light
The glimpse of her face reflected like a mirror
So magnetic that it attached to my eyes to clamour
Meeting the beloveth sage standing together
Tendering my hands on ink to her
Her cowry dentition embraced me like sweat
And her sensational smile is so scarce like jewel
My brain chivered with her friendly welcoming
And her voice was so angelic to my hearing
Her hair danced to the tune of the wind
And my heart began to beat the drum of a swing.
After being told my sagely ability
Her own manner of recitation is so extraordinary
My brain danced to the melodious pronunciation
And the world seemed to have vanished in hearing her admonition.
How smoothingly soft was the sand used to mold your skin?
Thy curves and cuteness conquered my head while sitting
I wonder the happenings if you had stood
The sky and clouds would have formed a band with the moon.
And the heavens would have descended for my healing
For my lustful heart had travelled for a wedding.
To get rid of the hooming and murmuring fate
Hiding under the umbrella of privilege of meeting darling sage
A warm hand-shake could have stopped the shivering of the body
A moment of shaking was a moment beside the sea
My system travelled to paradise
Feeling the flexible fragile skin that worths double bride-price
And my brain knocked more to pen
How unique is this gem!
Turning my back was like being blind to the heavens
For she’s a missing angel living among devils
The five virgins ain’t as wise as she is
King Solomon would never hesistate swimming in your dignity.
A paragon of beauty thousand heads salivate for
But what will be will be, there’s a man of valour
May my ink not lead me to his den
But may we wine and dine in the intimacy the globe will term as friend.
*Story behind this poem:*
As I was going to my hostel while coming from school, I saw my respected great boss that I’d been aspiring to see all over again. I had to run to him and express my overjoyous mood. To my surprise, he wasn’t alone. I was catched by the reflecting glimse of an angel, and I was inspired to put this down.
