LONELY CHILD

LONELY CHILD

Right in the womb, alone I play
Alone in thought, deeds with blank bare aim.
Brought to the world, I see lonely days
Like Yaremi, I learnt the world, both phase and days.

Rejected by all in my lonely pilgrim,
Peril and its frenetic squally rhythm,
Shackles of gain, in a flowing brim.
My life like a Lilly, a sorry doleful film.

Look me in the eyes and tell me what you see.
Eyes full of tears like a rolling sea.
Tainted a joy and reason to breathe,
Again in dwell in my iroko tree.

Lonely child, the world I call a mess
Tell mummy I’m rejected of men and the rest.
Tell he that has ears to hear, the press,
About my lonely days in beautiful somewhere else.
